Pure Advantage Teams:  Payment is due on the first day of practice/training/clinic by the start of the practice/training/clinic.  Monthly fees are to be paid in full by the first day of each month.  If your payment is not in by or no later than the 5th of that month, it will be considered late; and a $40 late fee will be incurred.  It the event your payment should be late; please call Ashley at 360-909-0549 or email at ashley@pureadvantagesport.com.  If we don’t receive payment; your child will be unable to participate until a payment is received.  In the event your payment is returned; you will be charged an additional $35 returned check fee.
