Matt Conboy (Founder, Owner, Professional Trainer)

Matt is the founder of Conboy Basketball and owner of Pure Advantage Sport.  His passion is to train athletes and provide them with the opportunity to realize their full potential.  Having played and coached at a high level Matt brings an unmatched expertise into every Pure Advantage program.  Matt directs all programs at our Pure Advantage West location.

  • 2005 NAIA Honorable Mention All-American, First Team MCAC, MVP of NCCAA Region, NCCAA 1st Team All-American, ranked #2 in the country in 3 point field goals made per game, lead MCAC in scoring at 20.1 ppg.

Brady Corse ATC (Certified Athletic Trainer/Nutritional Advisor)

Brady has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2002. He earned a BS in Physical Education with major concentration in Athletic Training from the State University of New York (SUNY) college at Brockport in 2002.  He then worked as an intern athletic trainer for the Portland Trailblazers during the 2004-05 season working closely with the head athletic trainer and strength and conditioning coach to assist with players injury rehabilitation,  prevention as well as off-season conditioning programs.  During his career as an athletic trainer he had the opportunity to work with a variety of professional/semi–pro teams in the area as well as providing athletic training services to local high schools as part of Southwest Washington Medical Center/Rebound outreach program.

Brady joined the Pure Advantage team to share his knowledge of sports performance products and proper nutrition for athletes on all levels, ensuring that they are able to compete at their best and achieve their full potential.  Brady states, “I believe there is a lack of knowledge in our community about sports supplementation and with all the products on the market its difficult to know what is safe for your athletes.  The Advocare products that are used by Pure Advantage basketball are of the highest standards of quality and efficacy, backed by Informed-Choice to ensure that our products are clear of any banned substances.

Tom Klutz (Girls Team Program Director/8th Grade Girls Team Coach, 6th Grade Girls Coach)

Tom is the 8th and 6th grade girls coach.  Tom was a multi-sport athlete at Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle.  In high school he coached 5th & 6th grade boys basketball as well.  After high school, he went on to play golf at the college level at Oregon State University.  Tom’s enthusiasm, love of the game, and willingness to help youth sports in the area are evident in the time and preparation he takes in trying to combine team and individual excellence.  Pure Advantage is very excited to see the growth of Tom’s teams after having a very successful year last year.

Ebony Amato (Operations)

Ebony works as an Account Specialist and a Business Professor at Warner Pacific College.  She has extensive background in business operations holding two Masters degrees and is currently working on her Doctoral degree in Business Administration.  Her primary role is to assist in expansion of operations and to help ensure that Pure Advantage runs effectively and efficiently.
